Product code: St. Wolfgang and the Devil (my interpretation) - sale Handpainted, One of a Kind, Unique

St sale Wolfgang and the Devil (Master Urian) painted by Michael Pacher from 1471-1475. Depicting the deal being made as an arrangement for the construction of the "Church the Devil built". I painted this because I like medevil depictions of the Devil/daemons. This is my interpretation.

--- Spoke Wolfgang, “Avaunt, thou alp! Though men are feared of thee like lambs when lightnings flash, such fear dwells not in me. A goodly church here will I build, and as thou art up to no good, I ask thy help.”

Said Urian, “Thou biddest me to build a house of God?”

“I do,” quoth Wolfgang.

Then Urian, “I consent! But mark! The first soul that enters it must be mine.”

“Agreed,” said Wolfgang then and there. “This pact I place in God's good hands. So, monstrous though it be, that first soul goes to thee.” ---

Hand-painted wooden plaque measuring approximately 11 by 13 inches and sealed with acrylic for protection and shiny goodness (badness?). It can be easily cleaned with warm water/mild soap (if necessary). Do NOT submerge the plaque in water. Do NOT clean it with harsh detergents, chemicals or solvents. This art and is not the result of computer printing, screen printing, or any other fancy schmancy stuff - just good-ol'-fashioned, brush-in-hand love. Plaque has been pre-drilled and comes with mounting hardware should you choose to hang it.
