Made from 4 layers of soft smooth black Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and sewn to the black ribbon band. This bustle can fit just about any size! easy to tie on and take off!!

If you need this made with a larger ribbon size, please let me know before buying. It can be made bigger at an extra cost.

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.
