American Girl/Pleasant Company Commode or sale Washstand for Samantha doll. This is a piece of DOLL furniture, made by the Pleasant Company/American Girl. It is part of Samantha Parkington's set, and was available from the 1994 and retired in 2008 when Samantha was (temporarily) archived. The underside of the piece still has the tiny gold foil label stating it was made in Taiwan for the Pleasant Company. As photos show, there are some condition issues, the most notable being several deep scrapes to the paint along the front of the commode,(see photos 2,3&4) as well as other minor scrapes and scuffs. Listing is for the washstand alone, and does not include any additional accessories. Please note that the towel bar may be unscrewed and sent detatched for safer shipment.
