This glamorous mini hat by Mr. Henry is fashioned with a small black velvet pillbox decorated with veil and dramatic black egret feathers. One short feathered piece is edged in black sequins. The hat has sale two plastic faux tortoiseshell combs to secure fit. It is lined in black rayon with black grosgrain sweatband. ONE SIZE FITS ALL
