USS ENTERPRISE CVAN-65 1963 Navy Cruise Book Mediterranean Sea Power for Peace. RARE / HARD TO FIND Author: Belflower, Lcdr. H.E., Editor Plublication: Westbury, NY; Howard Wohl Associates, 1963 Edition: Unsure (no specific printing date noted) 330 pages. Illustrations & photos, some in color. Many fold out sheets with large photos. Measures 12 1/4" x 9 1/8. Blue cloth binding, photographic image of the ship to front board. No acetate wrapper. Deployed with the US 6th Fleet arriving in the Mediterranean in February 1963. Larry Flynt, Jr. (aka Hustler Magazine publisher) served on the ship in the OI Division. He's in a sale group photo for his division and may be in other photos throughout the book. Book is worn on edges & corners, especially on the bottom. It is missing the clear acetate covering. No personalization or writing inside. Pages may be a little yellowed or have some light spots, but there are no tears. Binding is still decent. Please review all photos carefully for details.
