90% full. Like 10 sprays came out of this. No box. The only flaws are the metal cap has SLIGHT smudges on it that I can't seem to get off sale even though I tried polishing it to make it real clear. But as I said it's only slightly so the cap still looks good. Also there is a tiny not really visible dent on the top of the bottle in the back which is visible in the picture.
