Russian Wood sale Carvings

Ethnic Wood Carvings sale of a couple. Great detail and very well done, each stands 11 1/2" tall and weighs nearly 2 lbs. each. So I would say the wood is walnut or some other heavy wood. Both are very interesting and in excellent condition. I would say Russia or the Ukraine.
