The British School at Rome is a research centre established in 1901, with the mission to 'promote knowledge of and deep engagement with all aspects of the art, history and culture of Italy'.Further volumes were published in later years. This work mainly recounts the institute's work with excavations sale and artwork.Contains a report for the session 1902-03 loose.Complete with nine folding maps, and a profuse number of vignette illustrations. Condition Report: In a quarter cloth binding. Externally generally smart, some bumping and chipping to the head of the spine in particular and extremities. Internally firmly bound, pages are bright and clean. Overall: Very Good Indeed
