A nice pair of vintage French binoculars. They have Sportier Paris stamped on one of the eyepiece and Jockey Club Paris on the second eyepiece. They are a small pair, 3 7/8 inches tall when closed and 5 inches when fully opened. They are 4 1/2 inches at it's widest. They appear to be brass made with a silver coating and leather wrapped. They are in good condition with a minor dent on each eyepiece. There is some wear and color loss on the leather. The optics are very good and work really well. The original strap is no longer there. These are really very nice binoculars for their age and era. they are also marked Made in France. sale
