Silk bamboo scarf, semi transparent, with sale delicate drawings of the silk moth on mulberry leaves

sale Hand-painted scarf in silk bamboo, (pleated silk gauze fabric, about 25 grams square meter). Dedicated to the silk moth (Bombix Mori) between mulberry leaves and red flowers on a gray background.
This fabric results in a very light, semi-transparent and vaporous handkerchief. Its subtle wrinkle gives it a seductively irregular texture. In addition, its thermo-regulating and breathable capacity makes it suitable for any season of the year. Perfect for a nice gift.

The technique used consists of making a reserve with colorless gutta and then coloring the shapes. On this occasion I have used a template for the drawing of the moths and the leaves are arranged randomly, thus creating a unique design and difficult to repeat. In each moth I have painted the details with light brushstrokes with hardly any dye, so delicate and defined strokes can be created.

You should keep in mind that the colors may vary slightly due to the settings of each screen, they are always more beautiful in nature.


My paintings are not mass-produced products, if they have a slight imperfection, remember to enjoy the work of a craftsman.


It is sent by mail wrapped in tissue paper with protective envelope.
