Comes complete with the box, manual, tray, game cart, reg card, and protector. It's in good shape all-around minus the box; please check the last couple of pictures as one side of the box is ripped and missing one of the flaps due to this. Besides this, the box is in great shape. The manual is in good condition with just some minor folds/creases on the cover/back part. The cart is in excellent condition and boots up without issues and sale holds save data still (I ran around and tested/saved as shown). The tray is in good shape. This is the game that started Resident Evil and is rather rare to find even in Japan currently. A movie tie-in to the same name, the game follows a team of news reporters investigating an abandoned mansion hoping to recover frescos from an artist who disappeared years prior, while uncovering a mystery of the artist and his family. You'll find tons of elements in this that made it into Resident Evil as we now know it, with RE7 being a rather large nod to this game.
