Available in two Grades: Amber Color Rich Taste and Dark Color Robust Taste (this is the former Grade B).
Chose Amber Color Rich Taste where a more delicate maple taste is desired such as over pancakes, in cocktails, or when creating a maple balsamic salad dressing. Choose Dark Color Robust taste where a strong maple flavor is desired such as in baking and cooking or as a glaze. If you need both grades we also offer an option of one gallon of each.

Processed by us in the traditional way in small batches with utmost attention to quality and purity. We strive to boil the sap the same day it is collected and we sale use stainless steel tanks, fittings, pans, and utensils to produce the purest tasting maple syrup available.
We manage our sugar maple forest for sustainability and conservation. Many of our trees have been tapped for over 100 years and we want to ensure they'll be around for another 100!
