sale This listing is for a superb, one of a kind Australian opal doublet made from natural opal crystal and mounted on to a ironstone backing.

Do you like stripes ?
This 'chunk' of a doublet has some weight to it, thick and curved onto the ironstone backing.
Between the stripes lays beautiful peacock shimmer of intense sparkling greens and blues, ever changing as you turn the Opal.
So similar to 'honeycomb' on a solid crystal in the way that you look through the stripes to see the magic.
