I am fairly certain that this amazing piece was created by Alfredo Barbini. sale It is not signed and there is no label. It is a very heavy piece with several layers of glass and decoration. It measures 8" long and 7" wide and is 3 1/4" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
