Lot of four first hardcover editions (all first printings) of the series, All Creatures Great and Small by James Herriot published by St. Martin's Press. Lot contains: All Creatures Great and Small (1972) All Things Bright and Beautiful (1974) sale All Things Wise and Wonderful (1977) The Lord God Made Them All (1981) The first three contain two stories each from the beloved memoir by Herriot of his time spent as a rural veterinarian. A rare first edition set in great condition. Jackets are protected in mylar sleeve but with some mild rubbing and shelf wear around the edges. Boards are straight and clean with corners and spine ends slightly bumped. Spines are straight and binding remain strong though there are a few instances of very mildly split binding, mostly limited to All Creatures. All pages are clean and unmarked.
