Figure is 1/10 scale. Approximately 7 inches tall. I have modified figure to flip the bird. Added a real chain and attached to his hook. Figures face has been painted to match the rest of his skin tone. The original face is ghastly white. The figure isn't defective at all. All joints work just fine. Took me 3 figures just to get a non defective one. Either the arms sale broke off or the feet didn't articulate. This one is perfect. Comes exactly as shown. Ships loose with care from a pet free smoke free environment.
