Mini dress from hello kittys 40th anniversary collection. No size listed, but I'd say it's an adult small, does have some stretch though. On the front there are 3 pockets, cute buttons, Sanrio characters, and on the back a cute red bow, a hood, and mesh upper back. On the front there are signs of wear at the top, see pictures. Also, on the hood is a stain. I haven't to get it out so unsure about sale that. Collectors item, HTF, rare!.
