$45 is as low as I can go. This PSP has a few problems, but can be fixed. System powers on plugged in, but it needs a new battery. The Button Pad's dead, leaving me unable to bypass the setup screen since X, Triangle, Square and Circle don't work. Swapping the button circuit pad out might fix it. The LEDs for power and charging sale do not light up either, and the system has multiple scrapes to the shell, and the battery cover is missing. I'm pretty sure the UMD Drive still works. When a UMD is inserted, it spins and the loading icon appears in the bottom right. I can't check 100% because I can't bypass the initial setup. 32 MB memory stick is included. The system has been cleaned to the best of my ability. I don't know if the Analog Stick works or not. Charger not included.
