Budda's Soviet Syrup sale & Caviar

The most interesting thing in this batch of our objects (plastic Buddah, Goodwill bundt pan, 1980s syrup tin, and undated USSR caviar tin) is the USSR caviar tin. It's the most durable tin I've ever seen and it feels empty, even though for sale the life of me I can't figure out how anyone opened it. I was trying to make a lamp out of this stack of objects, but the tin WOULD NOT BE DRILLED THROUGH. Not with my special drill bits for drilling through metal, not with my hammer drill that uses its own muscles in lieu of my own. So an unpunctured stack it remained, in tact, strong, brave, attractive, and as equal as anybody else, if not moreso.
