Factory reset. No sim card. No charger sale. No case. Phone only. The phone works just fine for texts, calls, apps, and music. It doesn't have a lot of storage. DEFECTS: The charging port is damaged and it is extremely difficult to get the phone to charge. As of my last attempts, it will not recognize any charger. The charging port is the standard Samsung size. There is a thin crescent shaped crack in the left corner near where the sim card goes. Several other small hairline scratches mark the screen; they are not big enough to damage the display or sensitivity of the screen.
