Made from thin cowhide, left natural or dyed various colours. The pictures show the wallet dyed charcoal black.
The squeeze frame is the bit you squeeze to open the coin pouch. You can access this area without having to open the wallet. When closed the hidden metal spring keeps it tightly shut so coins won't fall out.
There's a large opening behind the coin pouch for bank notes, receipts and business cards. This pocket is held closed by folding the wallet in half and using the press stud.
Simple design. The first one I made was for a lovely gentleman that came to the Lunesdale Art Trail and commissioned me to make a replacement for his old version.
