This is beautiful. Huge dollhouse. The stickers are peeling due to being stored in a attack for years. You could possibly save them by restocking them somehow. Some stickers had completely came off . But this is still in good overall condition. I have not cleaned it. I will wipe it down before shipping. But I'm sure it will still need cleaned in some areas due to storing so long.
