I have hand blocked this small black felt hat on a sale wooden hat block, and then cut it with an asymmetrical base.

A smart black & white polka dot bow sits on top and comes down on 1 side.

The hat measures 3.5" at highest point and 2" at lowest.

Hat sits on top of head and is secured with an elastic, which goes under your hair in the back.

Hand stitched grosgrain ribbon band inside, for comfort & hat protection.

Lined in white silk.

Entirely made by hand with no machine stitching or glue.

Fits all.
