Antique Hope & Carter Indian Tree sale Earthenware Platter

Listing is for an antique Hope & Carter earthenware platter in the classic “Indian Tree” pattern. What I like about their take on the pattern is their use of that sale wonderful peach lustre that was used at the time to decorate the faces of Staffordshire dogs.

11” x 13 3/4”

According to my research, marks are circa 1862-1880.

Excellent condition with age appropriate wear, crazing to glaze, no cracks or chips. The color has lifted or worn a bit along the rim.
