I believe this to be from the sale 1930s and is wood with a composition head. It looks like It was put out by Ideal toys for Walt Disney. Although the head is in rough shape it is a cute collectible and would be great restored. He measures approximately 11-1/2” tall. His body is in good shape aside from paint loss. Great collectible!.
