Vintage Department 56 Christmas Lake Chalet, from The Original Snow Village.

This lakehouse is porcelain, is in the original box, and is a lighted building. Perfect gift set for those who have a lakehouse, wish to own a home on a lake, has a lake in their Department 56 set up, or a great starter kit! This is a nice holiday decor village set as it comes with the original box for easy storage, a light bulb that works (has an electric cord), 2 trees, a little figurine of a snowman, child and dog, and a sale packet of fake snow. Everything is included to make a cute holiday display!

Found at an estate sale, I don't believe this house was ever used. Date is 2001.

Dimensions of the lake chalet: 9 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 8 inches in depth.

The fresh fallen snow is plastic, flame retardant, and nonflammable. There is not a quantity or amount of snow listed on the bag.

No condition issues found. No chips or cracks. Slight wear at the edges and corner of box.
