Putney Bird sale Sanctuary

When I arrived at the Bird Sanctuary, in Putney VT, to set up to paint, I was greeted by two beautiful, majestic herons. They left me to paint this premier coup piece on a very hot summer day. Looking closely at nature and painting the scene gives me immense pleasure.
