Care recommendations: Do not put in dishwasher or submerge in water (this is real wood). Clean by wiping with soap and water and dry immediately. If tray ever feels dry, wipe with food-safe wax or butcher-block oil. (George's Club House Wax or Howard Cutting Board Oil are recommended)
