Early 19th century sale exceptional quality hand made French Empire gold metallic trim. Measures 85" length by 1 1/2" wide. This trim was removed from 19th century drapery panels. The trim is sturdy and strong and has a high metallic content. Trim is in very nice condition with beautiful patina. Some of the metallic has darkened, to be expected for trim of this age.
