Vintage Achilles 20 Slot Stamp Holder Industrial Metal Carousel is 2 tiered. The top tier has 8 holders, the bottom tier has 12 holders. Both tiers spin easily. It does dismantle so if you would like to take out one of the bars between the tiers (photo #7 & 8), it can be quite a bit shorter. If you don't want to use it as a rubber stamp holder, desk accessory, or imagine it full of bracelets, necklaces, or with vintage glass bottles holding cuts of fresh flowers. Perfect for store display as well.
