A Wonderfully sale Decorative 20th Century Wood, Copper And Brass Indian Marwari War Horse.

What a darling elegantly beautiful Indian Horse.

These Marwari War Horses are so lovely, I always keep an eye out for them and don't find them very often. So when I do I cannot sale help but snap them up.
This one is in great condition and I think from around 1950 but I cannot be certain.
Regardless of its age it is just gorgeous and I love the Brass and Copper details. It has a lovely aged patina and the Copper saddle is just superb. These do look extra special when the metals are polished but I have left this as found so I'll leave the decision up to you to polish or to not.
It has a lovely solid Brass tail and the body is adorned with wonderful ornate hearts and floral wreaths.
It has a small part of the front foot missing but it has worn into the age and isn't noticeable nor does it affect its stability in any way.

A beautifully decorative piece that would suit any style or decor and really holds its own. Wonderful on a coffee table or hall table, just somewhere that it can be admired and can shine.
It would make a lovely gift for a loved one as it offers unique character especially for the Horse lover.
