Beautiful piece of handmade Kuba cloth from the Congo. Approx 12"x 52". Also known as raffia cloth, it is woven from leaves of the raffia tree and dyed with mud, indigo, and other natural dyes, then appliqued and embroidered. Completely hand made. Can be used for wall hanging, table runner, or other projects, in either direction. One of a kind item. The piece photographed is the one you get.
