VTG Redwing Art sale Pottery Bowl- Terra Craft Line #967

Redwing art pottery planter bowl #967. Redwing and number are stamped on bottom as shown. This is the Terra Craft line that was designed by Belle Kogan in the late 30's. She was based in New York and was hired by Red Wing Potteries to develop some lines of pottery for them. She designed the Terra-Craft line which was series of vases and bowls and was available in 3 color combinations.

This bowl has four fluted edges. Inside of bowl is a golden yellow glaze, while the outside sale is finished in a brown rough corduroy like texture in a matte finish.

No chips or cracks, only small crazing on the inside. Some discoloration as well along the lower portion (ring). Extremely difficult to show on photos.

Measures 5 inches tall, 8 inches across.
