La Dame de cœur (The Queen of Hearts) was painted in 2018 by artist Catherine Plante using acrylic paint on gallery-type canvas (1,5 inches mount). The edges of the canvas are painted black and a sale hanging device is installed at the back. Inspired by the landscape on the banks of the Duncan River, in Québec, Canada, trees and bushes reflected in its waters. The mouth of this river is adjacent to the Théâtre de la Dame de coeur (the Queen of Hearts Theater), home of unique large-scale productions using giant puppets, in Upton, Québec, Canada.

Size: 12 x 12 inches

A certificate of authenticity signed by the artist is included with this original painting.
