It folds over if you mess with it - *****ALERT ALERT there is a surface chip on the TOPPER with a little bit of a rough surface on the chip and a small area nearby (pictured) - it is not really noticeable but it is there - no other condition issues that I can see - this is a great sale bottle and I love the spaced out hobnails.
