9.5 vintage Fenton cranberry opalescent hobnail bowl. Made from 1940 to 1977, the hobnail bowl had the pattern number 247 sale from 1940 to 1952 and then it changed to number 3924. All Fenton hobnail was also called pattern 389. This cranberry glass hobnail bowl is dated to the 1940's and has a base that is pre-logo. The white opalescent hobnails start just as the bowl begins to widen out. The deeply crimped, ruffled rim, has a thick layer of the opal glass on the underside. No chips cracks or repairs.
