Used but in good condition Plays flawlessly Has sale original charger (does not include the retractable cord charger) Has original black GBA slot cover Has a little haze on the top screen when off. I didn't want to try too hard to remove it. Impossible to see when the screen is on Sound works perfectly No dead pixels No box for the DS Replacement stylus included (black) 2 DS games included! Nintendogs (Dachshund) and Cooking Mama (no Mario party) No cases for the games White exterior shell has a "spider" crack which didn't bother me. Easily covered with a sticker. Other than that I bought the case last month new Scratches and scuffs all over the exterior of DS Will ship carefully in a box heavily wrapped No returns sold "as is". I have described accurately.
