Vintage LE sale Smith 11" skirted pedestal cake plate. The pattern is moon and stars , it's a beautiful colonial blue it's 11 wide and 6 3/4" tall. As an added bonus it also fluoresces lightly but only with a shortwave 365 NM ultra Violet light. I tried to capture this in the last pic but my light was not too good. It is in great vintage shape with the only damage being a tiny chip an the bottom of the pedestal which does not affect its use and is 100% not visible when standing and my price does reflect this. These cake plates were originally sent out in two pieces and then the platter was applied to the base with the adhesive that was supplied . Priced well below book value.
