This is normally a $280 house. My daughter has had it for a couple years and is now wanting a different one... its about 3 feet wide and tall. It is in excellent condition other sale then the base of the slide broke when moving it one day.... It can be fixed with super glue, I am sure. Comes with all original accessories. It will be disassembled for delivery. You will have to put it back together but it isnt hard to do. Instructions are not included but can be found online.
