Vintage sale circa 1930's-1950's Siamese Sterling Silver lipstick case, raised relief Siam Mermaid Goddess, dragon boat

I've seen this called a lipstick case in several different sale styles so that's what it is I guess. Hourglass shape in sterling silver it features a duplicate design of what appears to be the Thai Mermaid Goddess, the top has a dragon boat. I polished this up and have the before/after pics to see the tarnish. This doesn't appear to be Nielloware but actual Sterling. It measures 3" and weighs 24g
