Fine gourd sale art "Enticing"

This fine gourd art vase entitled "Enticing" was created sale using pyrography (a wood burning technique) and by carving with a rotary tool. Before I began my creation, I cleaned this gourd inside and out. After detailed carving, sections of the gourd were then painted with metallic blue and silver acrylic paint. Other sections were stained with green and brown ink dyes. The inside of the gourd is painted with black acrylic paint. Part of the gourd has been left in its natural state to enhance the final creation.

This gourd art has been finished with a protective matte spray. For decorative purposes - keep out of direct sunlight and weather.
