Crown Trifari Basket Weave Pattern Hinged with Lock Bangle Bracelet and is in Excellent Vintage Condition from the 1960s. The bracelet is in a silver tone metal. It is 5/8" in width and it measures 6 1/2" on the inside perimeter of the bracelet. This a top quality piece of jewelry. The basket weave was a popular look in the 1960s. It is so classic and beautiful. The Hallmark inside the bracelet is clearly marked Crown Trifari.

Gustavo Trifari born in 1883 in Naples, Italy and was a son of a goldsmith. He came to the US in the early 1904 and started making quality beautiful jewelry in 1910. It is one of the most respected and admired brands in vintage jewelry sale in the US. The hallmark changed several times over the years ( the early 60s the Hallmark changed to textured back which was faster and less expensive than hand polishing backs.It also had a smaller crown over the
T in Trifari and a C with a circle around it (Copyright symbol).
