Before you place your order it is important you choose the right size that will fit you best!
There are size charts added to each product as an image and it is the best guide for our sizing.

If available sizes do not seem to be right for you or you want some adjustments to be made to a garment feel free to contact me and enquire. Additional charges may apply.


-CARE INSTRUCTIONS-

Please wash your garments with care and hand wash in tepid water with mild soap or detergent. Reshape and lay flat to dry. Wash with like colours. It will help to maintain new look of garments and make them last longer.


-SHIPPING-

Our products are handmade and shipped from Europe worldwide with Standard Delivery Services.
Standard sizes are shipped within 2-3 business days and customised orders require additional 2-3 business days for production.
If you are in a rush or can't wait to receive your garment we also have expedited shipping available. We collaborate with TNT delivery services that guarantee 2 working days delivery.
To use expedited shipping, you need to first ADD ITEM TO YOUR BASKET and only then you get to choose preferred delivery option.
IMPORTANT. Please provide your contact number when placing order- it is required by delivery courier to contact you.


-RETURNS-

You can return or exchange products if they were not customised.
Please do so within 30 days of delivery.
Please note returned products must be in original condition with no signs of use or damages.
Customised garments cannot be returned as they are made to measure to your individual measurements.
However, if there is an error with your order such as wrong colour/size or manufacturing error please contact me and I will exchange and reship it for you.
