This phone is unlocked and is available for use on any service, BUT the top part of the screen does not work (can't slide down for notifications) I got the screen replaced, and it is not a genuine Apple screen I recommend changing the battery The back of the phone is terribly cracked, and the bottom right side of the phone is lifting slightly due to a bent frame The right sale side of the phone has a damaged LCD, which is why there is a white line showing You are still able to slide left and right on the phone, as well as click on apps, but you need assistive touch for the notification screen. This fell out of my pocket on an amusement park ride, so this phone is looking crazy, but can still be used with a new screen and battery replacement. If you are interested in the phone, I recommend getting the screen replaced before doing anything else as you can't slide down to view notifications Also, the phone is NOT iCloud locked. You can add your own Apple ID to it.
