It can be worn as a single strand, doubled, or even tripled. The aurora borealis beads are all in excellent condition, no signs of wear such as scratching or chipping. The way they catch the light is mesmerizing, you do not see beads like this today. The clasp features a rhinestone detail to add just a bit more glitz to the glam, there are 2 small stones missing. The clasp is the only area that features a minor flaw but typical for a necklace of this age. The thread strand is tightly knotted and very secure.
