This is a terrific Vintage Landscape Watercolor Painting, from a portfolio of watercolors done by Rock Island, Illinois Art Teacher, Louise Paterson. The painting was done in the 40's. This Architecture / Landscape Original Fine Art Painting is Framed in a Vintage clean line wooden frame. Painting is not signed.
This piece is in excellent condition, with very subtle wear to the wooden frame. Nothing distracting but Please Zoom the photos to appreciate all the details, as well as to best understand overall condition.
