Reserved Miniature Handmade OOAK Dollhouse 1/12” sale Scale Treehouse. Handmade with love by me, this is a 1/12” scale dollhouse. Outside Dimensions: 27” width X 22” height. Inside Dimensions: 12” diameter X 9” height downstairs. Upstairs 12” diameter X 8” height bedroom. Bathroom is 8” width x 7” depth X 9” height. Spiral staircase is removable so it can be put inside or outside the dollhouse. The dollhouses is made out of cardboard then paper mache' and finished with clay for durability and to feel just like a tree. Door opens and closes. Flooring is wood as well as the stairs. Every part has been reinforced as well to withstand time. Covered with dried reindeer moss and Spanish moss for a realistic look. The Ladder can be removed as well. This is a finished product and price is firm as these take a lot of work, time and material.
