Moss Agate 935 Silver Oval Cabochon 1920 - 30's filigree sale brooch/pin. German? FREE SHIPPING

Lovely example of silver work. Bezel set, moss agate stone with lots of life and colour - warm browns and moss green with naturally occurring striations - one that can just be detected with sale a fingernail on the surface (which I don't believe is a crack in the stone) as it doesn't appear cracked on the reverse of the stone. There is a slight imperfection on the surface but can only be seen under a strong eye-glass. Very normal for something of this age!

Very good strong, safe 'c' clasp and original hinge make this a very wearable brooch set in 935 silver. I would say it is probably German around 1920 - 30's. There are no makers marks.
