It's in fair use. A couple years old 3-4 years. It will come with sale charger. Everything works! It would be better used for school related stuff but you can do simple and light weight gaming. It does have a short battery life so it can run an hour or two if unplug but I suggest depending on what you're running to keep it plugged in. System info in photos.
