Condition: Very very good vintage pre-owned condition. Pages are in very good condition for a 71/72 year old cookbook that sale was loved by its previous owner! We did not notice any soiled pages. We have included some of the recipes and notes from the original owner that were tucked into the pages. Prior owner did write a favorite recipe on the last page of the cookbook and notes on other favorite recipes. The pages and tabs are a little yellowed from age and use. The front/back covers show minor signs of shelf wear; binding tight; cloth spine covering at the bottom edge of the front cover has a small tear and appears to have been glued. Some soiling on the front/back covers - (please refer to all pictures). This is a very old and well loved cookbook with plenty of years left for a new cook to enjoy.
